Sunday Yoga, Reiki & Meditation (90min Class)

Give yourself the gift of relaxation and rejuvenation with a wonderful 90 minute gentle yoga and meditation class.
True relaxation is experienced by the body and mind when little or no energy is consumed. It is Nature's way of recharging. Since every action, conscious or unconscious, uses stored energy, relaxation is necessary for good health and peace of mind. Without proper relaxation the body and mind become overworked and inefficient.
When the mind is constantly bombarded by stimuli, it becomes overloaded and exhausted. We may be unaware that we are doing it, but by thinking and worrying we are using up tremendous amounts of energy. The tension put on the mind by worries can use more energy than physical work.
Yoga retrains the body to relax and can calm the mind which leads to inner peace.
This class is for beginners and experienced yogi's. Chairs are available for those who may need to sit during this class. Please bring your own yoga mat, water and a blanket or pillow for meditation.
Restorative Yoga for Inner Peace with Mary & Darnell

We will be integrating many healing modalities to create one unified relaxing experience.Take an inward journey of healing toward a renewal of body and mind through sound healing, restorative yoga, and therapeutic touch. Together, these three
techniques will help you reach a deep layer of release.
Over the course of the two-hour workshop, you will receive guided therapeutic restorative yoga poses with hands-on adjustments using Thai Yoga massage, and Reiki. Ending with a sound-healing meditation where we will explore the power of the gongs and singing bowls to balance your energy centers in the body and experience vibrational wellness.

Free Reiki Circle with Meditation

The intention of this group is to allow you to connect to our own inner peace and happiness by connecting to loving healing energy. It's time away from everyday challenges and stresses so that you can recharge and feel better in body, mind and spirit.
The group sits in a circle and holds a sacred space for each other. The circle starts in meditation, followed by Reiki share and ends with a short meditation. The intention that the group starts and ends together so that there are no interuptions.
This circle is open to those who want to share their Reiki energy and those who want to receive Reiki. A donation can be made for the use of the space.
Come raise your vibration and feel the loving connection of this great community.

Core Workshop

This class is a unique blend of the Pilates Method, Hatha Yoga, and other cutting edge body/mind practices. Learning to move from the deepest levels of muscular support, the participant will develop functional strength, better posture, and over all flexibility. Integrating breath and awareness with precise
flowing movements will release unwanted tension and access new levels of energy and work the CORE muscles at a very deep level.
In this workshop you will learn:
How to connect deeply to your CORE muscles
How to breath properly while staying deeply connected to the
CORE
Proper alignment and how to exercise the CORE
safely
