I'm excited to bring you this months offering of Revitalize and Restore your energy and body.  

We will ignite your inner light, shift your energy and reconnect you to your authentic self.  

As you live life it's easy to get burned out, off balance and be controlled by stress.  

This class is like taking an internal shower where you will feel revitalized and restored.  

This workshop includes energy work, healing and gentle & restorative yoga.  (see list below)
