Reiki Certification with Mary
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It was discovered by Mikao Usui in March 1922. Reiki was brought to the United States in the 1930's by Mrs. Takata a Japanese native who lived in Hawaii.
Mary was initiated into the first degree of Reiki in 2007. Mary quickly discovered the many benefits of this healing modality and once certified as Master/Teacher started to teach Reiki to others. Mary has done thousands of Reiki treatments (both in person and Long distance) and has trained many since 2008.
Mary loves to teach Usui Reiki to students and help them connect to their own intuition and gifts.
