Don't need fancy yoga props!
Just have a yoga mat, towel, blanket, pillows and any props you need to support you and your body.
Classes are offered online via zoom.

- Relax deeply
- Open your body with gentle movements and yoga poses
- Connect to your inner wisdom with Meditate
- Restore your energy
- Find that quiet still place inside of you while all things are possible
- Enjoy spending time with you
We start the class:
- In relaxation pose
- Practicing deep breathing
- Letting go of the day and all the external distractions
- Clearing the energy centers and grounding
- Guided relaxation, meditation and breathe and body awareness
Then:
- Move in a gentle movement and yoga flow with modifications offered to meet your needs
- Breathe deeply
- Opening and stretching the body
- Letting go of stress
- Helping you stay present and in the moment
We end class:
- In a few restorative relaxation pose
- A guided relaxing and meditation
- Time for stillness - where Mary offers distant energy healing while you are relaxing (optional)
