Join me for a peaceful, relaxing and healing week in Ireland for daily yoga, meditation, wholesome delicious food, nature and Irish culture.
The retreat is held on the beautiful and historic Aran Island Inis Mor, off the Galway coast in Ireland.
Come experience life on an island and explore Inis Mor beautiful historical sites at your leisure. Nurture you body, clear your mind and feed your soul with yoga, meditation, and a sacred healing practice designed to help you take an amazing inward journey.
Our Day
Each day begins with gently opening and awakening the body with a morning yoga practice.
Your days will be spent how you want; reading, writing, relaxing, wandering, sipping tea in front of the fire, exploring the island with the group or on your own.
Evenings will begin with a gentle chill yoga practice in front of the fire and continue with a nurturing dinner and a group meditation before bed.
Our Accommodation
Our accommodation is an elegant eighteenth century stone built house situated halfway along the island between Kilronan and the western village of Bun Gowla. The guest house has a gorgeous view of Dun Aonghasa, the greatest Barbaric Fort in Western Europe and Kilmurvey Beach, a magnificent sandy beach within minutes walk from the house.
Our Food
Food is made from scratch on-site by owner and chef. If you have any food restrictions please let us know when you register.
The Aran Islands is beautiful and quiet this time of year. It's also the perfect place to go within and rejuvenate your mind, body and soul.
