Enjoy a five day retreat with Mary (an Irish Native) on an island off the coast of Galway, Ireland
September 16-20, 2019.
The island is a vibrant energy center with beautiful sacred sites and a very simple lifestyle.
It feels like stepping back into simpler times.
The retreat is a combination of mindfulness practices, nature walks/hikes, relaxation, rest, self reflection and go at your own pace atmosphere.
Mary creates an energetic container so all participants can safely let go, deeply relax which allows you to be yourself and focus on you.
This is the perfect way to release the internal chaos, rest your body, nourish and nurture yourself.
Return home transformed, refreshed and clear.
This retreat is limited to no more than 12 participants.
We create an intimate atmosphere and you get Mary’s full attention to help you move energy and release anything you are ready to release.
Our community is open, loving and supportive.
Each day begins with gently opening and awakening the body with a morning yoga practice.
Your days will be spent how you want; reading, writing, relaxing, wandering, sipping tea in front of the fire, exploring the island with the group or on your own.
Evenings will begin with a gentle chill yoga practice in front of the fire and continue with a nurturing dinner and a group meditation or walk before bed.
Our accommodation is an elegant eighteenth century stone built house situated halfway along the island between Kilronan and the western village of Bun Gowla.
The guest house has a gorgeous view of Dun Aonghasa, the greatest Barbaric Fort in Western Europe and Kilmurvey Beach, a magnificent sandy beach within minutes walk from the house.
Food is made from scratch on-site by owner and chef.

Explore The Island
The Aran Islands is beautiful and quiet this time of year. It's also the perfect place to go within and rejuvenate your mind, body and soul.
There are plenty of areas to hike, walk, cycle (you can rent a bike and explore on your own), swim.
As part of the retreat you have access to the old fort Dun Aonghasa
We will also get a guided tour of the island as a group.
There is a good balance of alone time and group time. You get to choose!
Retreat is from Monday to Friday!
