Who Is Mary O’Toole?
A teacher, intuitive healer, yoga instructor and international retreat leader
How long have you been in the Wellness Field?
I stepped into the Wellness field in 2004 when my husband was deployed to Iraq.
I struggled with anxiety most of my life and during this time period it got worse.
I started my own home yoga practice not knowing what I was doing and had never taken a yoga class in my life to help me cope with stress.
I discovered that yoga really helped calm my anxiety, sleep better and it changed my life forever.
Through my own home practice I discovered that yoga helped me with:
From there I got curious about this whole yoga and wellness thing.
How long have you been coaching/teaching?
I’m a natural teacher. I find I’m always coaching and teaching even when I don’t mean to. I think I’ve been coaching my whole life.
I worked in Human Resources for many years before stepping into wellness. That experience along with my training helped me fine tune and sharpen my coaching and teaching skills.
I still use all that I learned in corporate in my business now.
Who are your clients?
I work with mainly women (and some men) who are in transition and are challenged in some area of their life. We get to the root of their struggle quickly.
Then we work at an energetic level to transform that struggle from the inside out as a result clients gain confidence, balance and are able step into their brilliance.
How are you different from other coaches and healers?
I have a unique ability to tune into my clients energy/vibe and quickly get to the root of the struggle and limitations fast.
This allows clients to focus on implementing and creating change to get the results they want.
How do you show up for clients when it gets hard? Transformational work can be very uncomfortable.
Yes, I know transformational work and change can be hard and messy.
I’ve been there many times myself and I understand how uncomfortable it is.
When clients get to the space where it feels chaotic, hard and don’t want to do it anymore because it doesn’t feel good I hold that space.
I guide clients through the process, do intuitive healing around the emotions and when needed add extra coaching calls.
I am there with them compassionately and at the same time helping them move forward.
They always move through it and appreciate the support to get to the other side of it.
What does intuitive healing look like when you work with clients?
It’s awesome!
It helps ease the uncomfortable emotions, soften any resistance and relax while moving through challenge or change.
It really helps the client move through it faster and gain clarity.
What kind of results can clients achieve while working with you?
Clients gain confidence, awareness and are more mindful.
They are given tools that help them increase productivity, improve efficiency and the power to step into the unknown fearlessly both in personally and professionally
How quickly can people expect to get results when working with you?
Most clients see results very quickly (within the first few weeks)
It obviously depends how willing and how much the clients participate.
This isn’t “I’ll wave a magic wand and I’ll fix you” type of program.
Client must be ready for change and step into uncomfortable feelings to make changes.
How long are the programs you offer to your clients?
My coaching programs are six months or more.
There are a couple of different options to choose from based on your needs and what you want to accomplish.
My most popular program includes coaching, yoga, intuitive healing and accountability.
Healing Sessions can be done as needed or schedule regular weekly or monthly sessions
Do you accept credit card?
Yes!
How can you pay for these programs?
There are variety of packages and options.
It depends on which program.
How do I learn more?
Great! Let’s get you started.

"I've known Mary for years and have had the blessing of being connected to her for both business and personal reasons. Mary is grounded, direct and clear with her coaching. She brings heart and clarity to all her work. When you work with Mary it's like having a direct line to spirit, she consciously connects to your desires and articulates best practices to support you in achieving those desires and goals. Having Mary on my team has allowed personal growth, clear direction, and accountability to achieve my goals. She will keep you on purpose with loving and direct guidance, something we all need more of! Grateful for Mary's presence in my world!" – Amy Schuber
"I have known Mary since July 2011 and have experienced her awesome yoga and reiki skills firsthand. In March of this year I engaged her as a wellness coach as I was having difficulty getting 'past myself' in the creation of my resume.
Mary then helped me uncover and discover many aspects of my inner workings that have been holding me back. Mary worked with me in discussing and developing my specific wellness plan to include healthier eating, self-care, booking 'fun' into my calendar (the hardest one), meditation, focus, and coping skills for various events in my life, etc.
Mary held me accountable and I have definitely developed awareness for better habits to promote my own wellness. Mary's background accompanied by her knowledge, intuition, ability to dig to the root of a perceived problem, balanced energy, sense of humor, and listening skills are the things that make her a great wellness coach. I feel I am truly now on the yellow brick road to wellness - in mind, body and spirit - thanks to Mary " - Nancy

"Life coaching is a unique experience, at least it was for me. I wasn't exactly sure what I would do, what the coach, Mary O'Toole would do, I just knew I was stuck in a rut and needed to change.
Conversations with Mary are always a combination of humor, support, perspective with a healthy dose of no "bs" thrown in because Mary is expert at holding me accountable.
Her sensitivity and insight is spot on, and this allows her to nudge me in the direction I want to be in to live my best possible life. She always encourages me to find my true self and not get caught up in my "story" that I tell myself. This is very freeing as it allows me to recognize the thoughts and assumptions that are holding me back.
Because of my experience with Mary, I have adopted what I call "maryisms" that I say to myself many times since my coaching series ended. The most important one for me is "breathe". - Susan
