Join Mary O'Toole for a week-long yoga retreat in Ireland, August 25-31 or September 8- 14, 2014.
Where: The retreat will be held in Ceantar na nOilean, Connemara. Ceantar na nOilean is a group of islands situated between Kilkerin Bay and Greatmans Bay 56km (35 miles) west of Galway City.
The main islands are Eanach Mheain, Leitir Moir, Garumna and Leitir Meallain. Access to the islands is by a chain of bridges and causeways, which were built at the end of the last century. This beautiful, scenic area is a part of the Connemara Gaeltacht and Irish is the spoken language.
These islands lie off the main tourist trail and therefore are still unspoiled and relatively unexplored. Among their many attractions are clean beaches, scenic walks, peace and quiet. Wherever you are on the islands, you are never far from the sea. Why not come and see for yourself?
August and September are a beautiful time of year in Ireland. The days are long, the place is quiet and the energy is amazing.
Last September Mary had the honor of leading her first yoga retreat in her hometown, Ceantar na nOilean. The retreat was such a success that she decided to offer two retreats this year with will include a trip to the Aran Islands.
Check out pictures and videos of the last retreat!

What Are People Saying About The Retreat
The trip to Ireland was simply amazing. It was incredible for so many reasons. The breathtaking scenery, the relaxation supplied by both the region itself and Mary's great yoga classes, but most of all I will remember this trip so fondly because of the people. Everyone there was so friendly and accommodating towards us that they were truly the most memorable part of the trip. If you have the chance visit Connemara. - David
